FAQ

Questions students ask us

Can't find yours? Call us or visit our office in Bagbazar.

Ask a counsellor
Is the first counselling session free?

Yes. Your first session is free and there is no obligation to apply through us afterwards.

What documents should I bring?

Your academic transcripts and certificates (SEE, +2, Bachelor's if applicable), passport if you have one, and any English test scores. If you don't have everything yet, come anyway.

Do I need IELTS or PTE before applying?

Most universities ask for an English test score. Some accept a Medium of Instruction letter or let you submit your score later. We'll tell you what each university on your shortlist needs.

What is the NOC and do I need it?

The No Objection Letter from Nepal's Ministry of Education, Science & Technology is required to send tuition and living funds abroad through Nepali banks. We help you apply once you have your offer.

How early should I start?

Ideally 8 to 12 months before your intended intake, to leave time for test preparation, applications, scholarships and visa processing.
